A decrease trend in oil prices?

In these days volatility is the buzz word in the energy world. New trends for September seem to point out at a decrease in oil prices due to the combined OPEC and Russia decision to increase production. On the other end, unilateral US sanctions against Iran and other factors threaten to cut Iranian oil exports from world crude supply. But many analysts agree that the main stream in the near future will be price decreasing, due to the main players more biased towards a production increase.
