- 1974 – Joined Gachot Group (France) to develop pneumatic logic devices
- 1976 – Moved to the Gachot Industrial Valve Dept.; in charge of pneumatic actuators and control valves
- 1982 to 1994 – Product Manager and Technical Sales support for various Gachot products
- 1994 – Gachot’s Technical Director
- 1995 – Gachot became a Keystone Company – European Product Manager for the Gachot ball
valves and high performance butterfly valves
Member of the Keystone Global Marketing Group
- 1997 – Kestone joined Tyco Int. – European Product Manager in charge of all Tyco ball valves marketed in Europe, Middle East and Africa
- 2005 – Tyco Valves & Controls EMEA Marketing Manager and European Product Manager Ball Valves
- 2010 – Tyco Flow Control – Valves & Controls – Process – Global Product Manager BV and Standards Leader
- 2013 – Pentair Valves & Controls – Standards Leader
Standardization & regulation activities:
- Tyco Valves & Controls EMEA Responsible of the European Directives implementation to all manufacturing units.
Simultaneously member of several CEN and ISO working groups:
- CEN/TC 69 Member of WG 1, WG 1/SG 10, WG 5, WG11, WG12
- involved in the development of EN 558 (flanged F/F), EN 1983 (ball valves), EN
15081 (valve top plates and brackets), EN 12569 (valves for petrochemical appl.), EN 12516 (EN equivalent to ASME B16.34), EN 1349 (control valves) - ISO/TC 153/SC 1 and member of WG1, WG 3, WG 5, WG 6, WG 11
- Chairman of ISO TC 153/ SC1 since 2004 – Valves for industrial applications
- development of ISO 10497 (fire testing), ISO 17292 (ball valves for petrochemical ind.), ISO 5208 (testing of valves), ISO 15848 (Fugitive Emissions), etc
- ISO/TC 153/SC 2 – several years – resigned
- participation in the development of the ISO 5211 (actuation flanges) latest two editions
