“Spazio Autismo” Association
Spazio Autismo is an important project for children, boys and people with autism spectrum disorder and a point of reference for their families. It is conceived as a training center for parents, teachers, educators and local services.
The Centro Spazio Autismo was founded in 1997 to meet the need for integration of people with autism spectrum disorder, to create a network capable of supporting, raise awareness and train families, schools and the territory.
What “Spazio Autismo”
Association does
It creates individualized psycho-educational paths for every single child or boy from 2 to 18 years and, with the projects ASPI-JOB and ASPI-FUTURE, it gives an educational-occupational opportunity to people over 18 years of age.
It works in synergy with the family, with the reference Neuropsychiatry, with the school and the local authorities. It configures itself as a place of training, with the aim of creating information and raising awareness of the different life contexts of the autistic person.
It is in this context that the RadioAut project was born, as an aggregator of people and their cultural projects, with the aim of achieving real social inclusion.
The RadioAut Project
at IVS 2024
At the beginning of 2023, through an agreement with Promoberg, RadioAut became the official radio of the Bergamo Exhibition Center, within a wider project of social inclusion.
Starting from 2024 RadioAut will also be the official radio of Industrial Valve Summit, as part of the IVS Young Project. RadioAut will be present during IVS with a dedicated space where the protagonists, whether exhibitors or visitors, will meet and will be interviewed by the girls and boys of the “Spazio Autismo” Association.
The Project will be presented and rewarded during the Opening Conference to be held at the Bergamo Exhibition Center – Sala Caravaggio on 14th May at 11.00am.
